    Pan-fried Chicken Livers with Fresh Raspberries

    Ingredients

    • Trimmed chicken livers
    • Olive oil
    • A handful of fresh raspberries
    • Red wine vinegar
    • Roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • Waitrose Garlic Ciabatta

    Method

    1. Fry some trimmed chicken livers in a hot pan with a little olive oil until cooked through. Add a handful of fresh raspberries and a little red wine vinegar.
    2. Sprinkle with roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and season well. Serve on toasted Waitrose Garlic Ciabatta with extra fresh raspberries and flat-leaf parsley.
