    Papaya and Orange Prawn Cocktail

    This is a delicious twist on the classic prawn cocktail.

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 200g Icelandic Prawns
    • 3 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp Geeta's Papaya and Orange Chutney
    • Cayenne pepper
    • 1 pinch black pepper

    Method

    1. Gently mix 200g Icelandic prawns with 3 tbsp fresh mayonnaise and 1 tbsp Geeta's Papaya and Orange Chutney (£1.69/300g). Dust with cayenne pepper and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Serve as a sandwich filling or scoop on to a plate and serve with a pile of rocket, a wedge of lemon and some crusty bread.
