Paprika Cod With Chorizo Potatoes

Ingredients

1 tsp Bart Smoked Paprika

2 tbsp vegetable oil

600g potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes

110g pack Revilla Chorizo De Pueblo Picante, skinned and chopped

4 Atlantic cod fillets, skinned
Method

Heat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain well. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and cook for 2 mins, stirring, until golden and the oil has released. Remove and set aside.

Dust the cod with the paprika. Add to the chorizo oil in the pan and cook for 1 minute each side, until golden. Transfer to a small roasting tin and roast for 10 minutes, until cooked through. Set aside.

Meanwhile, add the vegetable oil to the frying pan. Cook the potatoes until crisp then stir in the chorizo. Serve with the cod and lemon wedges.
