Makes about 10 crisps
Finely grate 200g fresh Parmesan. Place an 8cm pastry cutter on a non-stick tray and sprinkle a little Parmesan into the cutter. Gently remove the cutter and repeat with the remaining cheese. Place in a Preheated oven 180°C, gas mark 4 for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Allow to cool. Store in an airtight box. These crisps are delicious served with pastas or risottos.
