    Party Pizzas with Rosé

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus 20 minutes rising time
    • Cooking time: 15 minutes
    • Total time: 45 minutes 45 minutes

    Makes: 2 Serves: 8 - 10


    • 500g pack Wright's Ciabatta Bread Mix
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 145g tub fresh Waitrose Green Basil Pesto
    • 200g Arrigoni Taleggio cheese, thinly sliced
    • 100g pitted black olives


    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Make the bread mix according to pack instructions using warm water and 1 tbsp olive oil. Knead for a few minutes until smooth, then halve the dough and roll out each piece to make a rectangle approximately 28cm x 35cm in size.
    2. Press the dough pieces onto 2 oiled baking trays. Spread with the pesto then arrange the cheese slices and olives on top, pressing the olives into the dough slightly with your fingertips. Leave at room temperature for 15 minutes until risen.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes then cut into squares and serve.
