    Pasta with broccoli, feta and puttanesca

    • 50 g feta, cubed
    • 150 g essential Waitrose Amori dried pasta
    • 200g purple sprouting broccoli, cut into short lengths
    • ½ x 180g jar Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients Puttanesca Mix
    • 25 g pine nuts, toasted
    • Grated zest of ½ lemon


    1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for 5 minutes until just tender. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli over the pasta for 3 minutes until just cooked. Drain the pasta and return to the pan
    2. Add the broccoli, feta, puttanesca mix, pine nuts and lemon zest to the pasta. Toss all together and serve on warmed serving plates

    Cook's tips

    You can use cauliflower florets instead of the purple sprouting broccoli. Spoon leftover puttanesca mix over roasted butternut squash or baked potatoes
