2 large Portabella mushrooms, peeled and stalks removed
50g essential Waitrose
Reduced Fat Brussels Pâté, sliced
1 essential Waitrose Tomato, sliced
3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
½ x 100g bag essential Waitrose Mixed Salad
1. Place the mushrooms on asmall baking tray, top with the pâté and then the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and season.
2. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden. Serve with a side of mixed salad.
