Peach and passion fruit kisses

Sandwich peach and passion fruit butter icing between swirled passion fruit biscuit 'kisses'. Perfect with coffee, afternoon tea or just as they are.
300g butter, softened
250g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
Finely grated zest 1 unwaxed lemon
250g plain flour
3 1/2 tbsp cornflour
2 1/2 tbsp whole milk
4 passion fruit
Typical values per serving:
Per fruit kiss (making 18) / 0.6g fibre / 1.7g protein
