    Dhruv Baker's peach, burrata, basil & ham salad

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    2 x 200g packs Waitrose 1 Burrata (or buffalo mozzarella)
    12 slices Parma ham
    4 flat white peaches, at room temperature
    75g watercress
    ¼ x 25g pack basil, leaves only
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp lemon juice
    ¼ x 25g pack, chopped chives

     

    Method

    1. Tear the burrata (or mozzarella) into bitesize pieces and divide between 4 plates. Then drape the slices of ham around it.  

    1.Halve the peaches and remove the stones then cut each peach half into 4. Divide between the plates, together with the watercress and basil leaves.  

    3. Mix the oil, lemon juice and seasoning together. Drizzle over the salad, then sprinkle with the chives and serve. Delicious with crusty bread.
