    Peach Clouds

    This indulgent treat can be made up to 2 hours in advance and chilled.

    Serves: 2


    • 1 ripe peach
    • ½ x 284ml pot whipping cream
    • Finely grated zest of ½ orange
    • 2 tbsp orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier, plus a little extra to finish
    • 2 tsp caster sugar
    • ¼ x 200g pack Toms Princess Marshmallows


    1. Place the peach in a small bowl and pour over boiling water. After 3 minutes, lift it out with a fork, then use a small knife to peel away the skin. Dice the flesh, discarding the stone.
    2. Whip the cream in a large bowl with the orange zest until soft peaks form. Add the liqueur and sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
    3. Using a wet knife to stop them sticking, dice the marshmallows into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the cream with the peaches. Serve chilled in tall glasses drizzled with a little extra liqueur if you want an extra kick.
