    Pear and Walnut Salad with Chevre Blanc

    Serves: 2, or 4 as a starter

    Ingredients

    • Waitrose Garden Salad
    • 55g walnut pieces
    • 175g Chevre Blanc
    • 1tbsp walnut oil
    • 1tbsp olive oil
    • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • A pinch of sugar
    • A pinch of seasoning
    • 1 pear

    Method

    1. For a deliciously quick and easy salad, core a ripe pear, cut into chunks and mix with 55g walnut pieces, roughly chopped. Arrange on a bed of Waitrose Garden Salad with 175g Chevre Blanc cut into bite-sized pieces.
    2. Place 1tbsp each of walnut oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sugar and seasoning in a screw-topped jar and shake well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
