    Pepperoni and Feta Pizza

    Germany is famous for its spicy sausages, pâtés, hams and salamis. We bring you a selection of traditional favourites for you to enjoy.

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 2 Napolina Pizza Bases
    • 400g can Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes with Onions and Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 200g pepperoni
    • 125g crumbled feta cheese
    • A little olive oil

    Method

    1. Place 2 Napolina Pizza Bases on lightly greased baking trays. Empty 1 x 400g can Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes with Onion and Olive Oil into a frying pan. Add 1tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick. Spread the tomato over the pizza bases.
    2. Arrange 1 x 200g pepperoni, sliced, on top and sprinkle with 125g crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top. Bake in a preheated oven 220ºC, gas mark 7 for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
