Piri piri chciken with sweet potatoes

800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Drumsticks, skin removed
½ tsp hot chilli powder
1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Tomato Purée
2 tbsp essential Waitrose White Wine Vinegar
1 essential Waitrose Green Pepper, diced
400g essential Waitrose Sweet Potatoes, diced
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Score the chicken flesh.
2. Mix together the spices, purée, vinegar and 3 tbsp water in a large bowl, and stir in the chicken to coat.
3. Lay on a baking tray. Add the pepper and potatoes. Roast for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat
