    Piri-Piri Turkey

    Hot and spicy

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 1 red pepper
    • 1 red chilli
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • 4 Waitrose Fresh British Turkey Breast Steaks

    Method

    1. Deseed and chop 1 red pepper and 1 red chilli. Put in a food processor with 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp wine vinegar, salt and pepper and whizz until finely chopped. Put 4 Waitrose Fresh British Turkey Breast Steaks sliced into thin strips in a large food bag and pour in the sauce.
    2. Rub into the turkey until evenly coated. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Add the turkey and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Serve with noodles and stir-fry vegetables.
