    Pitta Pockets

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 4 Waitrose White Pittas
    • 285g Waitrose Salsa Relish
    • 1 handful of rocket
    • A few slices of cucumber
    • 160g drained Galbani Mini Mozzarella Balls

    Method

    1. Take 4 Waitrose White Pittas. Spread 1 inside surface of each pitta with salsa from a 285g jar of Waitrose Salsa Relish.
    2. Fill each pocket with a handful of rocket plus a few slices of cucumber (optional) and divide a 160g tub drained Galbani Mini Mozzarella Balls between each pocket. Wrap each pitta in a napkin to serve.
