    Pork, Apple and Pumpkin Sausage Wraps

    • Cooking time: 35 minutes to 40 minutes
    • Total time: 50 minutes to 55 minutes 55 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 4 Pork, Apple and Pumpkin Sausages
    • 2 Waitrose Plain Tortillas
    • 1-2 tbsp Waitrose Bramly Apple Sauce
    • 1 handful Waitrose Solo Rocket
    • Waitrose Garlic and Coriander Couscous

    Method

    1. Place 4 Pork, Apple and Pumpkin Sausages on a tray and bake in a preheated oven, 220°C, gas mark 7, for 35-40 minutes, until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Warm 2 Waitrose Plain Tortillas in the oven according to the pack instructions. Spread 1-2 tbsp of Waitrose Bramley Apple Sauce over each tortilla.
    2. Halve the sausages lengthways and place 4 halves in the centre of each of the tortillas. Top each with a generous handful of Waitrose Solo Rocket. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately with the rest of the rocket and some Waitrose Garlic and Coriander Couscous.
