    Pork with cider and mustard sauce

    Quick cook dinner for two

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 700g essential Waitrose pork shoulder steaks
    • 300g Cider and mustard sauce
    • 400g Potato, carrot & swede mash

    Method

    1. Grill the pork shoulder steaks on medium for 25 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through
    2. Serve with the potato, carrot and swede mash and the cider & mustard sauce, both cooked according to pack instructions.

    Cook's tips

    Before serving, stir 1 tbsp chopped parsley
    into the potato, carrot and swede mash.
