    Prawn pilaff

    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    A large onion, chopped

    ½ x 200g jar Cooks’ Ingredients Balti Curry Paste

    3 sachets frozen essential Waitrose Basmati Rice (or frozen essential Waitrose White Rice)

    200g frozen essential Waitrose Garden Peas

    200g defrosted Waitrose Wild Caught Icelandic Prawns

    Fresh coriander (to garnich)

    Lemon wedges (to serve)

    Method

    1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add a large onion, chopped, and fry for 5 minutes. Add ½ x 200g jar Cooks’ Ingredients Balti Curry Paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    2. Add 3 sachets frozen essential Waitrose Basmati Rice (or frozen essential Waitrose White Rice) and 200g frozen essential Waitrose Garden Peas and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    3. Add 200g defrosted Waitrose Wild Caught Icelandic Prawns, stir-fry for a further 5 minutes until heated through and serve, garnished with fresh coriander and lemon wedges.
