    Prawns with Sherry and Garlic

    A quick and simple way to conjure up the flavour of Spain, these prawns can be served as a tapas dish, a starter or a main course.

    Serves: 2 - 3

    Ingredients

    • 450g raw shelled tiger prawns
    • 3 cloves of Delicias Whole Garlic Cloves with Herbs
    • Pinch of Bart Spices Pimentón Dulce
    • 50ml Waitrose Fino Sherry
    • Salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • Chopped fresh parsley

    Method

    1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add 450g raw shelled tiger prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they have turned pink.
    2. Stir in 3 crushed cloves of Delicias Whole Garlic Cloves with Herbs and a pinch of Bart Spices Pimentón Dulce. Add 50ml Waitrose Fino Sherry, season and bring to the boil for one minute.
    3. Add a little chopped fresh parsley and serve with chunks of Waitrose Spanish Recipe Seeded Pan Gallego bread.
