    Quail's Eggs and Radishes

    • Vegetarian

    • Cooking time: 5 minutes
    • Total time: 15 minutes 15 minutes

    Serves: 4 as a starter


    • 16-20 quail's eggs
    • 1 tablespoon celery salt
    • 1 teaspoon Maldon sea salt
    • 16-20 small radishes


    1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, reduce the heat and add the eggs. Cook for 4 minutes. Drain and cool in a bowl of cold water.
    2. Wash the radishes. Mix the celery salt with the Maldon salt.
    3. Serve the eggs and radishes on a single plate, with the mixed salts, so everyone can help themselves. People should peel their own eggs and dip them in the salt, along with the radishes.
