Quick shepherd’s pie

Serves: 4
1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
500g pack essential Waitrose New Zealand Lamb Mince
250g frozen essential Waitrose Vegetable Mix
500ml pot essential Waitrose Gravy
2 x 400g pack essential Waitrose Mashed Potato
1. Fry the onion and mince until browned and cooked throughly. Stir in the vegetables and gravy and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally then transfer to a heatproof serving dish.
2. Cook the potato according to pack instructions and spoon over the mince. Place under a preheated grill for 2–3 minutes or until golden.
