4 frozen essential Waitrose Coley Portions
300g frozen essential Waitrose Broccoli Florets
150g essential Waitrose Reduced Fat Soft Cheese
500g block Jus-Rol Puff pastry
Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Place 3 eggs in a pan of water and boil for 7-8 minutes, then plunge into cold water to cool.
Meanwhile, microwave 4 frozen essential Waitrose Coley Portions according to pack instructions then roughly chop. Defrost 300g frozen essential Waitrose Broccoli Florets and cut into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the broccoli with the fish for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in 150g essential Waitrose Reduced Fat Soft Cheese then peel and roughly chop the eggs and add to the mix.
Roll out 500g block Jus-Rol Puff pastry to a 30cm square, and place on a large baking tray. Spread the broccoli mixture over the pastry leaving a 3cm border. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
