Wash your hands and all your equipment. Hygieneis very important!
Preheat your oven to 200'c before preparing anything else.
Next get your heatproof dish and fill the dish with the filling with the spoon. If you get any on the side scrape it back down because that will burn onto the dish.
Then sieve the flour into the bowl, add the sugar then add the margarine and rub the ingredients together with your fingertips. Don't use the palms of your hands otherwise the mixture will go stodgy. Repeat until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Next spoon all of the crumble mix in a heap in the middle of the crumble. Then, using your spoon, spread the crumble mix over the fruit filling. Don't press the crumble mix down otherwise it will be flat and hard not crumbly.
After Step 4 you can sprinkle oats and some more sugar over the top of the crumble for extra fibre or extra sweetness if you have a sweet tooth! Then put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Keep checking it every 5 minutes and turning it around in the oven if necessary.
Let the crumble stand for about 5 minutes then serve immediately after cooling with either ice cream, custard, cream or fresh fruit! Enjoy!
