    Quick-Fried Pork with Hoi Sin and Plum Sauce

    • Cooking time: 10 minutes
    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 2 - 3

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 sliced red onion
    • 300g pack Waitrose British Pork Stir-Fry Strips
    • 200g pack Pak Choi
    • 415g Sharwood's Hoi Sin & Plum Sauce
    • Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles

    Method

    1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add 1 sliced red onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add a 300g pack Waitrose British Pork Stir-Fry Strips and stir for 3-4 minutes, until the meat is cooked.
    2. Add a 200g pack Pak Choi, separated into leaves, with the larger ones halved, and cook until just wilted. Stir in a 415g jar Sharwood's Hoi Sin & Plum Sauce and heat through. Serve with Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles.
