    Red Thai Boneless Chicken Breasts

    Serves: Serve 1 chicken breast per person.

    Ingredients

    • New potatoes, to serve
    • Cucumber, to serve
    • Cherry tomatoes, to serve
    • Red Thai Boneless Chicken Breasts

    Method

    1. Cook on a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for about 20-25 minutes turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked - the chicken should be golden brown and when pierced the juices should run clear.
    2. Alternatively, cook in a preheated oven at 190ºC, gas mark 5, for about 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with a cherry tomato and cucumber salad and new potatoes.
