1 tbsp Waitrose Toasted Sesame Oil
½ x450g pack essential Waitrose Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry
300g Waitrose Asian Fusion Rice Noodles
100g Waitrose British Roast Beef Topside 3 Slices, cut into strips
140g pouch Waitrose Asian Fusion Satay Sauce
½ tbsp low salt soy sauce
50g Waitrose Love Life Roasted Peanuts, chopped (optional)
1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the stir fry vegetables for 2 minutes.
2. Add the noodles and beef and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the satay sauce and soy and heat through. Serve in a deep bowl topped with peanuts if you wish.
