    Roasted Beetroot and Carrots

    Cooked and peeled beetroot is fantastic - there's no peeling or messy preparation required, which makes this tasty recipe really quick and easy.

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 15 minutes to 20 minutes
    • Total time: 20 minutes to 25 minutes 25 minutes

    Serves: 10


    • 3 x 250g packs Waitrose Organic Beetroot Cooked and Peeled
    • 2 x 200g packs baby carrots, rinsed
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ pack fresh sage, roughly chopped


    1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. Line a large baking tray with foil.
    2. Cut each beetroot into 6 wedges and place on the baking tray with the carrots. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sage and season well.
    3. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the carrots are tender, then serve.
