    Rosemary and Garlic Salmon Fillets 1

    Ingredients

    • Salmon fillets
    • Broad beans
    • Butter
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Method

    1. Delicately flavoured salmon for oven or barbecue cooking. Oven bake by placing in a lightly oiled baking dish, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven 190°C, gas mark 5 for 15 - 20 minutes.
    2. To barbecue: wrap in a double layer of lightly oiled foil and cook over the lower embers for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with broad beans tossed in butter, salt and black pepper.
