Smirnoff jam collins cocktail

You can also add it to one of your existing cookbooks
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp jam*
25ml lemon juice, plus a lemon wedge to garnish
1. Put all the ingredients apart from the soda water in a jar, add ice, screw on the lid and shake.
2. Remove the lid and top with soda water and a bit more ice. Add a lemon wedge. Serve the cocktail in the jar with a straw.
*You can use whichever flavour of jam or marmalade you want – just pick your favourite.
TIP: Jam jars make great cocktail shakers and tumblers.
