    Sage and Rosemary Olive Oil Bread

    Ingredients

    • 400ml water
    • 100ml olive oil
    • 750g Waitrose Very Strong Canadian Bread Flour
    • 1 packet chopped fresh sage
    • 1 packet rosemary

    Method

    1. Mix 400ml warm water with 100ml olive oil, then continue, using all Waitrose Very Strong Canadian Bread Flour, about 750g or a mix of white and wholewheat flour to make 750g. Stir in 1 packet each of chopped fresh sage and rosemary with the second lot of flour. The dough will feel more oily to knead.
    2. Set the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.
