Sake and lime salmon blinis

150g smoked salmon fillet slices
1 lime, finely grated zest
2 tsp Sawanotsuru Deluxe Sake
3 tbsp crème fraîche
½ tsp wasabi paste
2 packs of Waitrose 16 Cocktail Blinis
1. Cut the fillet slices into strips. Put in a bowl with half the lime zest and the sake and mix well.
2. In another bowl, mix the crème fraîche and wasabi paste together.
3. Warm the blinis according to pack instructions. Dot each blini with a blob of wasabi cream and top with a strip of salmon. Sprinkle over the remaining lime zest and serve.
