Salmon and beetroot salad

180g essential Waitrose New Potatoes, quartered
1 essential Waitrose Scottish Salmon Fillet
250g pack essential Waitrose Beetroot Salad
1 tbsp French dressing
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 12 minutes, adding the salmon for the last 3-5 minutes until just cooked. Drain and allow to cool.
2. Remove the skin from the fish and break into flakes. Mix with the potatoes, beetroot salad and dressing.
