    Salsa Verde 2

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Serves: 4


    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp capers
    • 4 anchovy fillets
    • 80g flat leaf parsley
    • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 100ml olive oil


    1. Put the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and whiz until smooth.
    2. With the motor running, slowly add the oil until all is incorporated.
    3. Season to taste and serve.
