    Salsa Verde 2010

    Combine peppers and coriander in this classic sauce

    Serves: 12


    • 220g jar Cooks’ Ingredients jalapeno peppers, drained
    • 40g coriander
    • 1 green pepper, cored, seeded, chopped
    • 1 tsp caster sugar
    • ¼ tsp ground white pepper


    1. Whiz all the ingredients in a blender with 180ml water. Season and chill until serving
