    Satay Chicken with Mango and Chilli Noodles

    Ingredients

    • 4 free range chicken drumsticks
    • 100g thai taste satay penut sauce
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 300g pack waitrose fresh wok egg noodles
    • 1 mango
    • 1 red chilli
    • steamed pak choi

    Method

    1. Rub 4 Waitrose British Organic Free Range Chicken Drumsticks with ½ x 200g jar Thai Taste Satay Peanut Sauce. Place under a preheated grill and cook, turning occasionally, for 25 minutes or until the juices run clear. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick wok over a high heat. Add a 300g pack Waitrose Fresh to Wok Egg Noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add 1 mango, peeled, stone removed and diced, and 1 red chilli, finely sliced. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed pak choi.
