    Sausage gnocchi

    Ingredients

    5 essential Waitrose British Pork Sausages
    500g pack essential Waitrose Gnocchi
    350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato And Basil Sauce
    100g essential Waitrose Frozen Petit Pois
    4 essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
     

    Method

    1. Cook the sausages under a preheated grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout, then slice.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain. Add the sauce and petit pois to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the sausages and gnocchi and heat through for a minute.

    3. Serve sprinkled with the sliced salad onions.
