    Sausage and Potato Skewers

    Germany is famous for its spicy sausages, pâtés, hams and salamis. We bring you a selection of traditional favourites for you to enjoy.

    Serves: 2 - 3

    Ingredients

    • 250g of cooked small waxy potatoes
    • 1 x 200g pack of Original Nuremburg Rostbratwürst
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper

    Method

    1. Cut the sausages from 1 x 200g pack of Original Nuremburg Rostbratwürst* into large pieces. Cut 250g of cooked small waxy potatoes in half. Thread the potatoes and sausages alternately onto skewers. Mix together 2tbsp olive oil, 1tsp dried thyme, salt and pepper. Brush over the sausages and potatoes. Place under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning several times, until browned and cooked through.
