    Sautéed Broccoli with Seasame and Garlic

    • Preparation time: 2 minutes
    • Cooking time: 2 minutes to 3 minutes
    • Total time: 4 minutes to 5 minutes 5 minutes

    Ingredients

    • Broccoli, trim any hard stalks
    • Toasted sesame oil
    • Cloves of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
    • Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling

    Method

    1. Trim any hard stalks from broccoli.
    2. Simmer for 2 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
    3. In a large pan, heat toasted sesame oil on a medium heat, then fry peeled and thinly sliced cloves garlic for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Add broccoli and stir fry for a few minutes, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
