    Scottish Smoked Salmon Toasties

    These toasties are best served straight away, as they taste delicious when still warm.

    Serves: 8

    Ingredients

    • 8 thin slices Waitrose Organic Old Fashioned Wholemeal Batch Bread
    • Soft full fat cheese
    • 2 x 140g packs Waitrose Speyside Scottish Smoked Salmon
    • 1/2 pack fresh dill
    • Lemon wedges and lemon juice

    Method

    1. Toast 8 thin slices Waitrose Organic Old Fashioned Wholemeal Batch Bread until golden.
    2. Spread each slice with full fat soft cheese, then season and cut into quarters. Lay generous slices from 2 x 140g packs Waitrose Speyside Scottish Smoked Salmon on top along with sprigs from ½ pack fresh dill. Add a squeeze of lemon, and garnish with thin lemon wedges.
