    Scrambled eggs with vegetable quinoa

    • Total time: 10 minutes

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    4 medium Waitrose British Blacktail Free Range Eggs, beaten
    2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
    250g pouch Tilda Garden Vegetable & Quinoa Wholegrain Rice
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    ½ x 70g pack wild rocket
     

    Method

    1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan. Mix the eggs and milk together, and season. Pour into the pan, stirring until only just scrambled.

    2. Add the quinoa and rice mix and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the rocket and cook until just wilted.
