    Screaming Bloody Marys

Sherry and V8 juice are the defining accents in this recipe. You can alter the quantities according to taste. The quantity of Worcestershire sauce explains the 'screaming' title, but you can always use less

    • 100ml worcestershire sauce
    • 12 drops tabasco sauce
    • 6 limes, juiced
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • 12-18 ice cubes
    • 6 sticks celery, trimmed

    2. Mix the sherry, vodka, V8 juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lime juice with a few more shakes of celery salt. Put a few ice cubes into each glass and pour in the Bloody Mary. Slide a stick of celery into each glass and serve.
