    Seafood casserole

    • Total time: Ready in 20 minutes 30 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    300g essential Waitrose New Potatoes, thickly sliced
    400g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes
    400g pack frozen essential Waitrose Cooked Seafood Selection, defrosted
    1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
    1 x ½  25g pack fresh basil, shredded
    4 frozen essential Waitrose Garlic Slices, halved

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 7. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender then drain.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the tomatoes, seafood and paprika in a saucepan for 3-4 minutes, add the potatoes and basil and transfer to an ovenproof serving dish.

    3. Top with the garlic slices and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
