    Seared Smoked Salmon, Dill Mustard Sauce and Watercress Sandwich

    Makes: 4

    Ingredients

    • 150g Waitrose Tsar Smoked Salmon Fillet
    • 8 slices Duchy Originals Malted Oat Bread
    • 1 tsp Waitrose Dill Mustard Sauce
    • 1/2 cucumber
    • 1 handful watercress
    • Black pepper

    Method

    1. Dry-fry a 150g pack Waitrose Tsar Smoked Salmon Fillet in a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning occasionally, until the fish reaches the point where it will break into flakes easily. Toast 8 slices Duchy Originals Malted Oat Bread, then spread each slice with 1 tsp Waitrose Dill Mustard Sauce.
    2. Now slice ½ cucumber and divide equally between 4 of the slices of toast, add the salmon then a few sprigs of watercress. Season with freshly ground black pepper and top with the remaining slices of toast.
