Seriously Chocolatey Chocolate Tiffin

A deliciously rich chocolate, biscuit and raisin dessert. The ultimate seriously chocolatey treat that will be enjoyed by young and old alike.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

It is an old, traditional family recipe, I have never tasted any other dessert that compares to this taste. It is seriously rich in flavour, and therefore I think it would be an ideal product to appear alongside and to complement the other Seriously From Waitrose desserts

  • 350g milk chocolate
    100g butter
    1 large can condensed milk
300g crushed plain buscuits (rich tea or equivalent)
    50g raisins

  1. Melt half the chocolate, butter and condensed milk, mix together Add crushed biscuits and raisins, mix Place in a foil lined tray Freeze for approx 3 hours Turn out, cover with the other half of melted chocolate Re-freeze until set Cut into squares and serve
