    A spicy orange twist on a chocolate mousse

    What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

    The spicy orange flavour contrasted with the sharply fruity raspberry on top.


    • 150g Green & Black's Maya Gold chocolate
      6 eggs, separated
      whipped cream and fresh raspberries to decorate


    1. Break up the chocolate and melt in a bowl over hot water. Add the egg yolks and beat until smooth. Fold in the stiffly-beaten egg whites. Spoon into dishes and leave to set in the refrigerator. Decorate with whipped cream and top each with a fresh raspberry
