Seriously Chocolatey Double Chocolate Roulade

Normal choc roulade made with GOOD cooking choc. Filling is first a layer of good choc fudge frosting with just a few drops of tabasco sauce added. The second layer is whipped cream, and then it is rolled up and dusted with icing sugar. Delicious when served with fresh raspberries around it!!

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

This is rich and chochalatey, but is absolutely delicious when served surrounded by fresh raspberries - only available in summer

Ingredients

  • For the roulade:
    175 gm good cooking chocolate
    3 tblspns water
    5 eggs, sepsrated
    250gm sugar
    I can provide the cooking instructions for this should you need them

    Fudge filling:
    (I cheat and use Betty Crocker, but I have also made my own and can provide the recipe if necessary).
    Whichever is used, add just a few drops of tabasco sauce to the fudge frosting before filling the roulade.
