    Seriously Chocolatey seriously grown up rocky road

    makes 15 100g butter, 300g dark chocolate, 3 tbsp golden syrup,140g ratafia biscuits, 100g sour cherries, 50g hazelnuts. melt choc, butter, golden syrup, over a low heat, stirring occasionally. leave to cool for 10 minutes. break bisciuts into chunks and cut hazelnuts in half. add to cooled mixture with sour cherries. stir gently. spread into lined tin keeping the surface rough. chill in fridge for few hours. cut into bitesize chunks for dessert or afternon tea.
