Seriously Creamy Maple and orange cheesecake

Soft creamy cheesecake with the flavour of maple syrup and orange on a crunchy biscuit base dusted with cocoa for a dark and slight bitter twist

  • 16 digestive biscuits
    100g melted butter
    600g cream cheese
    500g maple syrup
    3 oranges zested
    750ml double cream


  1. Blitz the biscuits, add the butter and press into a deep 10" tin, refrigerate for 15 minutes Beat the cream cheese with the orange zest and maple syrup until smooth Add the double cream and whisk until very thick and stiff Pour into the tin over the base and smooth the top Dust with cocoa and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours Serve with candied pumpkin seeds or peanut brittle
