    A caramel tart with crushed Peppermint and chocolate.

    What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

    Its light and rich at the same time. You only need a little for a sweet treat, but you will be left wanting more.


    • Cream, Tinned Caramel, Nice Biscuits, Peppermint Crisp (only available from SA shop)


    1. Whip cream and caramel together, mix in 2 Peppermint Crisps, place a layer of nice biscuits, spread a thick layer of caramel mix, layer again, and again. Put in fridge for 4 hours, then top with crush Peppermint Crisp.
