    Seriously Creamy Vanilla Panacotta with Raspberry Coulis/Compote.

    sweet, smooth creamy vanilla flavoured panacotta dessert with a sweet raspberry coulis/compote, the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

    because it contains two of summers most sought after and loved ingredients. not to mention the heady romantic scent and taste of vanilla, perfect for the lonely and the loved up alike.


    • cream
      vanilla extract
      water soluble gelatin
      water gelatin
      more sugar
      lemon juice


    1. gently heat cream with vanilla extract and sugar, meanwhile soften the gelatin in a little cold water, when softened, mix into heated cream, leave to cool slightly then pour into ramekins,when completely cooled, place in fridge to set. meanwhile place the water sugar lemon juice in a saucepan to simmer gently, add raspberries when liquid is reduced by a third, stir and cover pan and remove from heat.
